field & marsh: what we do

We’re a community of people who share a passion for God’s great outdoor world. In His world, real stories happen: her big catch, his first buck, the sight you’ll never forget. We think those stories are best heard and shared over a meal. Each year we invite a guest to share their story. We hope this year, you’ll get to share a few of your own!

More than sharing a love for the outdoors, FIELD & MARSH works to feed the hungry in our neck

of the woods. Guests are encouraged to bring non-perishable canned food items to help fill local food pantries and short-term housing non-profit organizations.

guest speaker: billy molls

Billy Molls is a Wisconsin native and has called Rice Lake home for most of his life. As he grew up, Billy found a deep appreciation for unspoiled wilderness, wildlife, and a lifestyle of living in a tent over 100 days each year to be near all of it. Billy passionately shares his knowledge and experiences with hunters through his writing, videos, and presentations.

In addition to his work as a speaker and author, Billy is a husband and father, a registered guide, producer of The Modern Day Mountain Man DVD series, and works as a columnist for Bear Hunting Magazine, Hunter’s Path, and Hunt Alaska.
